Has any one heard about the concert drone incident with Enrique Iglesias. Long story short, he got some of his fingers cut off from a drone that was suppose to film the crowd. Even though it was his fault, because he grabbed the drone, do you think this will negatively effect the public view on drones.

Here's an idea: using drone-mounted non-filtered full-spectrum cameras to fly over areas and record them as 3d models (takes some serious post-processing to get done). Can be used to do biodiversity mapping and similar things. Any concrete tips on drone components or frames best suited for the task? No need to do flips in the air, but have good battery life and robustness.
