Courtesy of our friends at MediaFX Video Production and their hard-working intern Steven, we bring you our presentation last month on the main stage at the 2014 AMA Expo.

We actually gave the same talk twice – once on Friday and once on Saturday. This video is from our Friday presentation. While we were a little better prepared on Saturday (having already done it once), I felt that this presentation was more genuine in some sense and, furthermore, it concluded with a lot of really great questions from the audience.

This event also provided us with our first opportunity to speak on video about two projects we've been working on: the Drone Social Innovation Award and the 2014 Drone Prize. Both are contests that seek to have folks demonstrate beneficial uses of home-made drones. We'll be serving as judges for both competitions, and we're looking forward to seeing what you can do.

And, finally, we just wanted to offer our thanks to the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) once again for inviting us to participate in Expo and making it possible for us to attend this event. Exciting things are happening – stay tuned!
