Google Glass journalism test

Google Glass journalism test

I wondered, can Google Glass be used for journalism? Turns out it can. Here's an interview I did with the CEO of Desti, a new big-data iPad app for travelers. http://www.desti.com

Works pretty well, no?

One problem, though, is battery life. Recording this video took 20% of my Google Glass' battery.

Another problem? The Microphone doesn't pick up external sources very well, so it can't be used for interviews. I bet Google did that to keep privacy concerns to a dull roar. After all, if you can't hear an interview in a quiet studio chances are you won't be able to hear a street conversation in a noisy bar or something like that.
